Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using OpenLoadAPI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only use OpenLoadAPI to test domains you own or have explicit written permission to test. Prohibited uses include:

• Testing domains you do not own without permission
• Using the Service as a DDoS or attack tool
• Circumventing domain verification
• Reselling access to the Service without authorization
• Any use that violates applicable law

3. Domain Verification

Domain verification is mandatory before running any test. By verifying a domain, you confirm you have the right to generate load against it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that attempt to bypass this requirement.

4. Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA. Other plans are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee.

6. Data and Privacy

Test results and metrics are retained per your plan's data retention policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we process personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenLoadAPI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
